Every week someone has to get the figure of each indicator (output, quality, safety, cost) from whoever measures it, and record it where the team sees it. It is almost always the continuous improvement analyst: they ask, wait, chase and copy. When the figure is late, the traffic lights, the board and the team’s meeting work with last week.
