What hurts today.
Maintenance lives firefighting.
The anomaly tags stay hanging for months.
When production pressure rises, TPM is the first thing dropped.
TPM attacks stops at their source: operators clean, inspect and lubricate their equipment, and maintenance moves from firefighting to prevention. It starts with a pilot machine: its OEE is measured, it is deep-cleaned with the operators, each anomaly is tagged and fixed, the autonomous and preventive maintenance plan is built, and each shift is trained. A senior and the maintenance lead lead it, and the hard part is sustaining it when production pressure rises.
Done today with
- In-person meeting
- On the floor
- Paper and whiteboard
- Spreadsheet
- BI dashboard
- Company system
Each step, today and with Elmira.
Elmira brings you the machine’s OEE and stops, sets down each tagged anomaly as an action with its owner and tells you which are still open; when one is late, Obeyaka tells its owner on its own. Cleaning, planning and training stay with the team.

Elmira, during the cleaning of sealer 3 we found an oil leak in the cylinder. Jorge Muñoz should fix it by Friday.
Create the action “Fix the oil leak in sealer 3’s cylinder”
Goal: Cut downtime hours
Team: Maintenance
Responsible: Jorge Muñoz
Due on October 16, 2026
- Diego, Maintenance lead
Approve
Done: I created the action “Fix the oil leak in sealer 3’s cylinder”.
Does this happen to your team?
Book a demo and we will show you Elmira doing this task.

- Track each line’s and shift’s OEEThe OEE arrives when the shift is already over.
- Cut changeover times (SMED)The changeover is done differently on each shift.
- Design a kanban or pull systemWhat the schedule says gets made, not what was used.
